Work included: Re-Roofing, Damp-Proofing, complete re-wire, re-render and painting of exterior and the fitting of security shutters. Internal work included re-plastering, and the fitting of a small kitchen, bathroom, flush-toilet and tiling throughout.
An attractive wall and gateway with paths and parking area were constructed, and a septic tank was dug and built. Further work included the fitting of a pressurised water system attached to the existing borehole to provide running water in the house.
