A seaside villa for a client, built into the cliff-face and overlooking Sozopol. This is a complete design & build package by our company, using modern materials and methods combined with traditional style and finishes, to create a unique house.
This house was delivered to the client during the summer of 2011. Despite the traditional look, the house uses a modern Heat-Pump to deliver year-round comfort with economy combined with a semi-earth-sheltered design.
A great deal of handmade and customised materials have been included in the design to soften the concrete & steel structure that the geology of the location demands.
