Full Building Permission was obtained, and the necessary geoposition, design, survey, environmental and geological processes were applied for prior to work being started.
An attractive design was submitted and approved, giving two bedrooms, a large open-plan living room with kitchen area, bathroom, and downstairs cloakroom. With insulation and double-glazing to the latest standards, these houses are suitable for holiday or residential use. Further work included the fitting of a pressurised water system attached to a new borehole, to provide running water in the house. A road was run onto the property and a septic tank has been built.
Now completed, a Habitation Certificate has been granted by the Local Authority as we have complied with the necessary regulations.
